RESPONSIBLE TO : Managing Director
JOB PURPOSE :
To be responsible for the overall of operations sector and effective management of running daily operation, including the delivery of high standards of customer service maximizing and handling all hotel owners and guests compliant.
To manage the management teams and support the other sectors.
To ensure all the daily operation going smooth and efficiency.
To prevent all of the issues and monitoring the preventive programs to be in place.

-- Works cooperatively with others in the accomplishment of joint tasks and common objectives.
-- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
-- Develop, implement, and maintain quality of working.
-- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
-- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
-- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
-- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
-- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce service cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
-- Work closely with the Managing Director to make sure activities remains.
-- Support worker communication with the management team.
-- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
-- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
-- To conduct a site inspection to observe and overall looking of implement plans
-- Handling all incoming and outgoing emails with proper in writing and good manner in presenting company services.
-- Coordinate and control the third parties in working to get a good standard of working result.
-- Conduct weekly and monthly meeting in order to perform the work and handle all issues in a good resolving.
-- Manage budgets and forecasts of the operation section.
-- Recruit, train and supervise staff in order to refresh the operation team for better working standard.
-- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
-- Assign work to conversion staff and provide direction to improve methods and productivity.
-- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
-- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
-- Analyze working information to meet up with the equipment and service needs, coordinates staff schedules and work plans for set up , operation standard working.
-- Oversee that all daily operation are coordinated and executed in a safe and professional manner.
-- Dedicated to meeting and /or exceeding the expectations and requirements of customers.
-- Address hotel system issues

Requirements:
-- Thai National, 30+ years old
-- experience 5+ years in Hotel/Resort 4+ stars
-- profound English verbal and writing knowledge along with perfect computer proficiency
-- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, IT or a relevant field
-- experience in Wellness / Yoga oriented business is a plus
-- experience in PMS, POS, CMS is required, Ezee Systems is a plus
-- experience in Tour operation, Travel Packages is a plus
-- Excellent leadership skills
-- strong planning and customer services skills
-- ability to work under pressure

Benefits
-- Salary 30.000 THB - 40.000 and will be discussed with successful candidate
-- 5 working days / 2 days off, 8 hrs + 1 hr lunch
