Key responsibilities:
• Maximize customer satisfaction by providing an efficient multi-lingual guest contact function that addresses the day to day needs of the hotel’s guests and outside guests who come to dine at Restaurants. Always go one step beyond their expectations.

• Assist in driving additional revenue generations for the hotel through sales call, social media, upselling including Food & Beverage, accommodation, special events and hotels’ facilities.
