• Direct Sales and communicate directly with customers.
• Direct Sales charter packages to agent.
• Manage promotion to promote and create our charter brand awareness.
• Manage all related story content including descriptions, variations, maps, highlights, day to day, additional story content, and images for marketing and advertising on social media (website, Facebook, Instagrams, Tiktok, Youtube etc.) to engage with valued customers.
• Manage charter and guest relation to make unforgettable experience.
• Work with the captain and team to deal with uncomfortable situations during the trip.
• Organize the trip such as transportation to charter, catering management, insurance, customer service and special request.
• Support Account and financial information.
