Responsibility- Online Store Client Retention and Nurturing
- Take ownership of managing online store orders Own the after sales accounts by guiding new signees through a systematic onboarding process to facilitate making decisions around their needs and goals.
- Assist the sales team in driving, reaching out, upgrading clients subscription plan
- Maintain customer health and introduce new, valuable features as they become relevant on the customer journey. Also keep record of client’s feedback for internal improvement.
- Assist Sales Team and liaison with Project Coordinator for estimated lead time for project completion, start date and deadline.
- Recognize and address clients’ needs of online store products and make suggestions and upsell.
- Keeping customers updated on changes to the product, new features, and other products they might find useful.
- Issue Project Invoices & Track Payment
- Track production of each product from store orders
- Assist Sales team in administrative and other tasks

Attributes
- Understands the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
- Some experience in e-Commerce, web commerce or social commerce
- Experience in working with multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Highly motivated

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales
- Good command of English and Thai
- Has used a CRM
- Reservation/Events Management
